Conditions
By
using our service you agree to the terms and conditions set out
below:
Reservations:
A
non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount , with a minimum
of US $ 200.00 is requested in order to confirm reservation. Tour
documents will be mailed approximately 14 days before your departure.
The reservation becomes definite after the receipt of the deposit
and once it is confirmed by Andares Travel, no changes of name or
date can be made. The person that makes the reservation, warrants
that he has the authorisation of all the persons whose names appear
on the reservation form and that those persons are aware of it.
Prices:
All prices are based on the prices in Peruvian Soles, prices in
US dollar and Euro, are subject to change without previous notice.
Payment:
Payments can be made by Paypal and all major credit cards with Paypal
or via bank transfer, all transfer costs are to be paid by the client.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure date, in case of
none-payment of the balance of the amount to be paid at Andares
Travel, the reservation will be treated as cancelled.
Itinerary
The itineraries are planned with great care, although, for operational
reasons, it may be necessary to change the sequence of activities
in the itinerary or the specified route, and though such cases are
rare, in general the itinerary should be treated only as a basic
guideline.
Airplane tickets
All rates and flights are subjected to change without notice due
circumstances beyond our control. The prices of tickets are subject
to changes without previous notice until they have been issued.
Airplane tickets can not be cancelled and are not refundable, no
changes may be made on Airplane tickets.
Luggage:
Please read the policy of the Airline Company , passengers are full
responsable for their luggage ( weight, loss ...) Andares Travel
cannot be hold responsable for any dammage or loss of luggage during
the trip.
Cancellations:
The
booking may be cancelled by the client at any time provided that
the cancellation is communicated to Andares Travel in writing. Cancellation
charges will be applied. The deposit that has been paid to confirm
the reservation is non-refundable.
If
a notice of cancellation is received 40 to 30 days before departure,
the cancellation fee will be 40 % of the total holiday amount.
If a notice of cancellation is received 30 to 16 days before departure,
the cancellation fee will be 75 % of the total holiday amount.
If a notice of cancellation is received 15 days or less before departure,
the cancellation fee will be 100 % of the total holiday amount.
In case of no show or cancellation made during the trip itself,
or in the case of a no-show by passenger(s) or for cancellations
made during the trip itself, no reimbursement will be made.
In case of a Force Majeur, such as, war, strike, riots, terrorist
activities, natural or nuclear disaster, or any other changes made
during the tour, by the Airline company ( changes of flight ...)
or hotels, beyond the control of Andares Travel, no reimbursement
will be made.
We reserve the right to change our cancellation policies, without
previous notice, if our suppliers should apply further penalties
apart from those stated above.
Insurance:
We
strongly recommend cancellation insurance, health Emergency Insurance
and Luggage Insurance, Andares Travel cannot be hold responsable
for illness, pregnancy or physical or mental incapacity of the passenger
during the tour.
Documents:
We
strongly advice that the passenger checks BEFORE departure if he
is in position of all his documents, visa, passport, vaccinations
or any other document needed. Please check the regulations of the
country you are visiting.
